COVID-19 UPDATE

And we are BACK!!!

It gives me great pleasure to finally be able to say that after 267 days, we are officially back open!!!

I’m sure that I can speak for everyone here in saying that we can not wait to see you all again..

The following is a quick overview of what to expect when visiting us again, a few things have changed, lots have stayed the same, and I imagine everyone’s going to feel a little awkward at first, but I’m sure we’ll all get there…

Whilst we all move into the final stages of lifting the Covid-19 restrictions, we still have a responsibility to our staff, our customers, and each other to stay safe and mitigate the risk within our venue, and as such we will still operate with the following guidelines for the time being…

 Table Service will remain as we continue to limit our capacity.
(You will however be able to mingle between tables again!!!)
 No Table Bookings required – Walk In’s only for now.
 Single-Use Disposable Menus will still be available.
NHS QR codes will remain for those who wish to check-in.
(Paper slips available for those without the NHS Covid-19 app)
 Masks are no longer mandatory and will be completely optional!!!
(We do however ask that you respect everyone’s personal choice)

We will endeavour to review any, and all of these guidelines on a month by month basis, staring on the 16th August. As always, please feel free to contact us with any questions or enquiries, and we’ll try to answer to the best of our ability.

For our Private Hire customers, we have decided that given our social obligation in the current climate to both our staff, and our customers we can no longer, and in all good conscience, continue to safely hold private hire bookings for larger groups up until at least 16th August.

At this time we will be looking to review, and possibly implement any recommended Government Guidance regarding the NHS Covid Pass which is currently yet to be released.

If you do have a Private Hire booking with us over the coming months, and we haven’t already contacted you, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll talk through any options there are going forward.

We understand that this decision of ours is frustrating, however the health of both our staff, and our customers is absolutely paramount to us, and is something that unfortunately we are, and in fact we feel everyone should not be willing to compromise on.

We thank you, whole heartedly for your understanding, your patience, and for your continued support.

We are still all in this together, and we are all so nearly there! So please, just hang in there that little bit longer…
